Cheesecloth

Cheesecloth is a loose-woven gauze-like carded cotton made of 100% cotton. This fabric is great for cheese making, straining ricotta, making paneer, roasted poultry, chicken pot pies, osso bucco, stocks and cooking in general. Be sure to wash the fabric before using it. Avoid using a fabric softener when cleaning your cheesecloth. Our cheesecloth can be reused after washing. The bolt size of the cheesecloth cotton is 40 yards, when ordering more than 40 yards the fabric will come in multiple cuts.
